Final Budget

Definition:Generally refers to the Governor’s Budget as amended by actions taken on the Budget Bill (e.g., Legislative changes, Governor’s vetoes). Note: Since subsequent appropriations and other actions affect a fiscal year's budget, a budget may not be truly final until sometime during or after the budget year.
